  1. I go it fix with Loyverse support. They did something to make Sumup appear in Back Office -> Payment types. Thanks alot.
  2. Yes. Basically, You can Use Open-Ticket system https://help.loyverse.com/help/open-tickets. You can predefine Tickets if You want (common costumers -common needs) https://help.loyverse.com/help/how-use-predefined-open-tickets. And If You use registered costumers and add them to the ticket/bill then it should print their name on the receipt https://help.loyverse.com/help/customer-info-receipt

  4. Hi. I got an iPad and want to change out my old android tablet POS. Also, I thought it would be awesome to add sumup. So I registered at Sumup and got the terminal and now I have trouble adding the sumup at Loyverse Back office. So I follow the instructions here https://help.loyverse.com/help/credit-cards-sumup and get stuck in point one where I have to add new payment type. The SUMUP does not appear in the payment type list. I can choose cash, card or other and that it. What do I have to do now? Did I miss anything?
