  1. We are using the open tickets feature to save customer orders for pickup at a later date. The issue is we cannot edit the items on the ticket once it is saved. If a customer decides they no longer want an item or we need to change a price we cannot edit the line. Our only option is to completely void the ticket and rebuild it from scratch. This is a glitch that needs to be fixed
  2. We on occasion run a sale as tax exempt. We are new to Loyverse and like it so far but I do not see an option to make a transaction or even a customer tax exempt. Is there an option for this?
  3. We are in the process of changing from Square POS to Loyverse and so far I am liking it. One major issue I see is how the POS screen handles barcodes that are scanned that don't exist. Square would come up with a pop up saying that the sku wasn't in the system and made the used press okay. Loyverse has a small pop up on the bottom of the screen that is easily missed and doesn't prevent the user from continuing. We are constantly changing our inventory and barcode mistakes on import do happen. On Loyverse it is very easy for a cashier to not notice that an item was not added to the
  4. This would be a wonderful addition! It would be extremely useful to us to be able to print labels as shelf price tags. The current labels do not display the price large enough and it would be preferable to be able to include a $ sign in front of the price. 
  5. I understand the return/refund process. However, I occasionally need to do a return/refund to a customer without a receipt. How can the return/refund process be completed without a receipt present?
