  1. We are using the open tickets feature to save customer orders for pickup at a later date. The issue is we cannot edit the items on the ticket once it is saved. If a customer decides they no longer want an item or we need to change a price we cannot edit the line. Our only option is to completely void the ticket and rebuild it from scratch. This is a glitch that needs to be fixed
  2. We on occasion run a sale as tax exempt. We are new to Loyverse and like it so far but I do not see an option to make a transaction or even a customer tax exempt. Is there an option for this?
  3. I understand the return/refund process. However, I occasionally need to do a return/refund to a customer without a receipt. How can the return/refund process be completed without a receipt present?
