  1. Thank you for sending file. It looks like you already have items with the same SKU as you use in the file. So those items have already handle in back office. It is the reason, why you receive such error message. We recommend you to use new SKU in the import file.
  2. Hello! Have you made any changes to the handle of the items in the file? Please send the file you are trying to import to help@loyverse.com. And explain the steps you took. For example, are you exporting, making changes to a file and importing a file, or are you trying to import new items?
  3. Hello! The amount 119062.28 is Gross sales. The amount 126974.94 is payment amount. They are different way calculated. Gross sales is equal to Payment amount minus Taxes and discounts.

    Wrongful billing

    Hello! Looks like you deleted one of store and received credits. And those credits were used for new added store. So, your card was charged only 2 times for 2 stores. Let me know if you have additional questions
  9. Hello! Usually payment declines are from bank side. We can see that for provided account you have tried to paid by card with ending 5377. And payment failed because of Insufficient Funds and Limit Exceeded: The attempted transaction exceeds the withdrawal limit of the account. The customer will need to contact their bank to change the account limits or use a different payment method. And another card with ending 3893 was declined by the reason Transaction Not Allowed: The customer's bank is declining the transaction for unspecified reasons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself.     Hi! Please clarify where exactly you do not have button to add payment method, in the back office or in the POS?
  11. Hello! The reason why your transaction failed is Do Not Honor: "The customer's bank is unwilling to accept the transaction. The customer will need to contact their bank for more details regarding this generic decline." We recommend you to try the following steps: 1. Contact your bank and check with them why transaction is declined 2. Retry payment later, let's say tomorrow. Because if your bank see too many attempts to withdraw funds from your card in a short time, your bank fraud system may block your transactions 3. You can try to use the card of alternative bank 4.
  12. Hello! Payment system iZettle is available only for Loyverse POS for iOS. It is not available for Android devices.
