  1. Thank you so much !! I I hope we will manage now.
  2. Dear Edward, thanks a lot !! Can you help me how I can find the Variant_ID and the Store_ID ? I assume it is not the SKU and not the store name?
  3. Hi, we run several grocery shops in rural Africa. The young ladies who are running our shops are supposed to count every day a certain number of products, so that any variations can be identified immediately. We developed an App, where they are asked to enter the counted stock level of a specific product. Our App is then storing the answers together with the time stamp. Then our office is checking the data with the Loyverse history. But this manual process is quite time consuming. We would like to immediately check via API whether the number she entered matches with Loyverse. To do so, we would need a command such as "Get the current stock level from shop Oloika for sugar". Any idea whether this would be possible or how this could be programmed? Best regards, Manuela
  4. We are using MunByn printers for Loyverse POS. But it seems that it is not listed in the official Loyverse printers list. For our business we were looking for cheap printers which can be connected via bluetooth to an Android Loyverse POS and can be charged via USB. But I don't know whether it runs with iOS. Hope this helps Manuela
  5. Hi, we have currently 8 shops and soon want to grow to 100 or even more shops. Is there a limit of shops which can be handled in Loyverse? What is currently the highest shop number a client is managing with Loyverse, can you share? Manuela
  6. Hi, in our company we have different employees having access to back office. To avoid that employees by mistake destroy our data, we would need different access types in back office. Most important: - Access right to only VIEW and DOWNLOAD data - but NO EDITING rights. Also the dash board app should be accessible without needing Back Office rights. Example: We have employees who do inventory counts and they use the dashboard for checking, which is really great for this purpose. But they shall not be allowed to change the inventory. In our company only finance people are allowed to do write-offs, as this process is very sensitive. Therefore, we also do not use the Loyverse inventory count feature, as it automatically changes the inventory. But an employee who is supposed to only count should not be allowed to change the inventory of a company. In addition it would be also very helpful to have some of the following access rights, but for time being the above mentioned view-only right would be most important for us. The following access rights would make the back-office fit to be handles by various employees: - access right to add or edit products - access right to do stock adjustments - access right to change prices - access right to add purchase orders - access right to approve purchase orders - access right to receive purchases - access right to do transfers Any chance, that that more access rights can be added to back office? Thanks a lot for your answer Manuela
