If the customer that wants to return an item is a registered customer, you can view their purchase history in the app and find the receipt where they have bought this item.   10. Hello, Open tickets are synchronized among all POS devices that are assigned under the same store as long as all the POS devices are connected to the internet. If you are experiencing synchronization issue, I strongly suggest you to firstly update the POS app to the latest version in all your POS devices. Secondly, you can also try to click the sync button manually:

Hello, If you want the item to appear only once on the ticket with the total quantity ordered, you need to tap on the name of this item as many times as the quantity ordered and not tap any other item in between. After you place the order for one item, you can continue adding the other items to the ticket. If you have created the order and saved it as an open ticket and want to edit the quantity of any item, you need to delete the item from the ticket and add it again with the correct quantity.
