  1. thanks but that will not work for us. The orders are sequential and I need to see that on POS and/or CDS so customer can see their order #, but I understand. We are only using for nonprofit and don't have printer for receipts so we will just track manually I guess.
  2. I don't see the ticket or order number on the POS nor the CDS, but only on the KDS. How do I get to see the ticket/order number on either the POS or CDS? We are non-profit so just need to see them for customer on screen. It seems odd that it only shows on KDS.
