  3. With full appreciation that Loyverse can be a free product (no employees, no inventory), the team has done quite well providing a balanced, all rounder POS. We are even considering to move from our paid subscription to Loyverse with some employees to be added. Can I just suggest that maybe the team can add a Roadmap page with potential guestimates when new features would be introduced to the system. I have checking in the forums and some features has been signaled even several years back. This would probably help taper and manage expectations by the users. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

  9. Hello there, I have created an integration between Loyverse and Twilio (SMS sending platform) by using Appypie connect. Here is how I did Create Appypie account. (https://connectcloud.appypie.com/register) Create Twilio account (https://www.twilio.com/try-twilio) Select Loyverse connection, select Watch Receipts, and connect it to my Loyverse account. (https://connectcloud.appypie.com/app/customeditor/) Then, select Twilio connection, select Send SMS, and connect to Twilio account. In Twilio, get a trial number. Select the phone number that you have created at 5 at "From Number". and select "Customer Phone Number" at "To Number". In the message section, you can create a receipt message as you want. Click "Continue" and save it. Now when you make a sale with a customer with a right phone number, the customer will receive a SMS message from you. Fin

  12. Hi @YUIKJOO, try sending the request without the ID. The ID must have a specific format. You have "esse" as ID which doesn't meet the format.

ESTARIA ESTUPENDO.

  14. Absolutely! I help restaurants today, to integrate their Loyverse POS system with their online ordering system from Gloriafood. Customers simply order online on the restaurant's website, using Gloriafood's system that I can help integrate. Once the restaurant accepts the order, order receipts are automatically sent to the Loyverse back office where you can access and print as you wish! Hope this helps! Feel free to contact me at contact.chaichow@gmail.com or check out my website at https://chaichow.com For the integration above, I just charge a flat monthly fee of $25, regardless the number of orders, absolutely no commissions based on the number of your orders.

  15. It would be nice if a certian Pending Inventory count #, can be updated base on date. Because somtimes when it is created, it will not be inventoried right a way on that day, so by the time personel did the inventoey on a diffrent day it was created, the inventory numbers would surely be different with actual and system count

  17. What is a Bill? Bills are often used in the food serving businesses such as restaurants. A bill is created before payments. It contains an itemized list of products sold or services provided, along with the amount of money owed for each item. A bill also states the due amount to be paid by a customer. What is a Receipt? A receipt is a confirmation of payment. This document confirms a customer has received the goods or services. A customer can use a receipt proof of a completed payment for goods or services. Receipts are given to customers in a digital or paper format after the payment has been performed. This document is essential proof in case any issues with the product appear. A seller is using a receipt to verify if the claims for exchanging or returning goods are justified. How different are bills and receipts in Loyverse? The bill has a different look from the receipt. Bill has the name BILL at the top, while the receipt does not have it. The bill does not have a number, which is on the bottom of the receipt. And the bill has "Amount due" line as a summarizing amount of items, while the receipt has "Total". Plus the receipt has printed the type of received payment.

  18. Hi Everyone. I find the Solution finally. To retrieve Data with PHP we should Use guzzle for php. That library is going to help us getting data. Check the documentation for Guzzle at https://docs.guzzlephp.org/en/stable/ and look at the section about Authorization, In that place we will find the way to put the Bearer token. After that, when retrieving the data just store it as an array or echo it with for loop. I hope this helps the community! I hope you all have been a nice New Year! Mizar.

  19. @Isobe_Yasuaki here is another reason for the API to have an OpenOrder call for Online Stores to Post

  20. Yes, it would be very helpful to have this feature, i.e. to have quantity for items in a modifier.

  21. I fully support this request from @CalRostit To be truly eCommerce enabled for a Restaurant with an Online Shop to take Orders and then Post an Open Ticket to Loyverse, the Loyverse API must be enabled to support Open Tickets with the Loyverse KDS functionality and Stock Keeping functionality. It is also key in the current COVID pandemic for customers to Order Online in a Store like ECWID and then allow us to be able to POST from our Online Store to Loyverse an Open Ticket for "Curb side pickup" or Delivery. Hope you wil consider this API enhancement urgently as it will open Loyverse up to so many more smaller businesses to survive in this COVID time

  26. Looking to get this developed, where the client can order direct from their own mobile device at table, and also the option to order ahead from their own device. Anyone else interested in something like this? We wouldn't mind partnering with others to get this implemented and split the cost. So many opportunities with something like this. Basically, the ordering is done thru a website that is connected to Loyverse thru API. This avoids clients having to download an app or anything complicated. Needs to be super simple for client to operate from their own device, and they can order, and ask for the check when they are ready to pay. Further integration would be to allow customer to pay thru their phone as well, but for now, payment can be processed externally. Let me know!

  30. So my receipts look like this 5-1295 Everytime I change PC's it starts over and switches to 6-0001 then 7-0001 Before I switch this time is there a way to keep the receipt number the same when I activate the new terminal and remove the old? I only have one location and one PC running loyverse but I do switch equipment once in a while and I would very much prefer to keep my receipt numbers the same. Any help there?

  31. Hola.

  33. Yes, you hit the nail on the head. I've been using the variable discounts, and since I'm the owner it's not a huge issue. But I'd like to have employees in the future, and would like to give them an employee discount. On some of my items I make 80% margin, on others I make 25%. It'd be nice to give them a Cost + 20% discount without having to bust out the calculator and ring it up myself every time.

  36. Hello! We have a feature to order Item by box and sell by pieces, so if you can combine chops, ribs and different cuts of meat into one Composite item as live hogs and frozen carcasses, then it will be possible to disassemble Composite item to your cuts.

  37. Hello. Sure, you can connect a Bluetooth receipt printer to a mobile device with Loyverse POS. Please, check the list of supported printers for iOS. CDS connects with POS via WiFi, not via Bluetooth. So, it is not an obstacle to connect a Bluetooth printer to POS.

  41. Hi Kim, This is a feature request that a lot of us have been asking Loyverse to add, particularly quantity modifiers and multiple selection on modifiers. For example, if some one is asking for 2 x chocolate and 1 x vanilla, it only shows 1 list and you can select both chocolate and vanilla with the correct quantity without a very long scroll screen. This is an issue that we also have in our sandwich shop and an issue that is prevalent accross the F&B community using Loyverse. We sincerely hope that the Dev team will look at it as one of their top priorities in 2021. Until then, it's a problem that a lot of us face!

  43. Hello! It is a simple moment, for each device you have in store must be created a POS in Back office--> Settings --> POS devices. So you can activate this POS yourself or any of your employees from a till you have. If in Settings you have only one POS created, system will ask you to sign out or create a new POS. Later on each POS is possible to use a PIN code in order to register a sale for particular employee without signing out.

  44. Hi NB, Thanks for your advice. Making flavors to product just allow us to see the flavors' image for the first screen, but it cannot help for picking the 2nd or 3rd. The biggest issue is with the modifier screen. If only put 1 scoop, 2 scoops and 3 scoops to the modifier, that's easy to pick. But what I want is to so all flavors, so that I can run a report and understand which flavors we sold the most or least. But thank you for your advice anyway, I have thought about it but it cannot solve the problem ultimately. Regards, Kim

  45. Hello all, Good day. Newbie to this app - i am able to create Open tickets which contains my customer order items (Mocha, Coffee, Green tea, etc...) - i would like to know how many Mocha's are requested ? How many coffees? How many green tea - the total of these items in Open ticket? Is that possible. The reports available are only after Sales is complete - but i am looking for report to identify the total count of items under Open Ticket. Please suggest.

  47. I have this catalog online: https://pulpecr.com and is fed out of the csv file I export from Loyverse, right now is only taking orders and submitting using Whatsapp on mobile and email on desktop so my plan is update this to use the API: Step 1: Get the inventory to my website from the API Step 2: Create invoices Step 3: Auth clients Step 4: The sky is the limit.

  50. In 1879, James Ritty, a saloonkeeper from Dayton, Ohio with his brother, John, who was a mechanic, invented the first cash register, which prevented employees from stealing cash revenue. Ritty was concerned that his bar wasn't profiting enough because crooked employees were stealing money rather than depositing them. He was afraid that he would be on the brink of having to close it down and sought the way to solve this problem. Once during his trip to Europe on a steamboat, Ritty saw a mechanism that counted how many times the ship's propeller went around. He wondered how he could make a device like that, but for recording cash transactions. Once they invented the device, they patented it as ‘Ritty's Incorruptible Cashier’. At this moment, a new era in the retail business began. Ritty's incorruptible Cashier, 1879. First cash register How did the first cash register work The device had two rows of keys, each of it noted cash amount, and a dial with two arrows – one for dollars and one for cents. In the first model, each cash transaction was fixed by the dial. But later on, the indicator was added, which showed the purchase price for both the cashier and the buyer. After the indicator showed the amount, which the cashier needs to put into the cash drawer, the temptation to withhold money for yourself became weaker. Ritty's machine did not have a cash drawer. Instead, it simply recorded the number of sales and also the amount of each one. It allowed the owner to keep an accurate track of the number of sales and the amount of each sale that was made. Upon patenting ‘Incorruptible Cashier’, Ritty opened a small factory in Dayton and started to manufacture the cash registers. His company was named ‘James Ritty's New Cash Register and Indicator’. But James didn't have time to manage two businesses simultaneously, and the cash register business was not successful. Eventually, in 1881, he sold the cash register business including patents to Jacob Eckert for $1,000. After that, Eckert made some improvements of the Ritty's machine, and from that point, further cash register formation began.
