How to troubleshoot customer info and comments not showing on mailed receipt?

Under "Receipts," I have "Show customer info" and "Show comments" turned on, however, they do not show on the emailed receipt, only on the copy saved; how can I fix it so the customers can see their info and my comments on the recipt they receive?

Hello, Unfortunately, you cannot see comments and customer's information on the electronic receipt. Only on the printed receipt.
