Choul Posted May 17, 2018 Share Posted May 17, 2018 I am struggling with connecting ipad (also Android tablet) with the printer (Star TSP100) with USB, not Bluetooth and Ethernet. However, following some steps to add USB printer to an Android tablet, I am yet printing. Screen message shows 'please make sure the printer is connected and try again', whenever I tried printing. Solution Gabbi Posted May 17, 2018 Solution Share Posted May 17, 2018 Hi! As I know the iOS device doesn't support usb printer. For Android tablet is very important that usb printer respects the protocol epson esc-pos. So I suggest to switch the setting from Star esc-pos to Epson esc-pos.
