Please  write specifically to delete@loyverse.com from the business owner's email.

When this is done, please also let us know on chat and our support team will delete receipts according to the request within a few hours.  

For the next time, you will need to use refund.  While it won't remove a sale  from your history, refunding the transaction will balance your books. You can check out help for details on how to process refund.

you can try this

open menu, then go to receipts, press the receipt that you want to cancel, press refund located in the upper right hand corner

or

you can chat with support and have them delete the transaction
