That feature is only available on Apple devices right now. I have brought it up with their support before, but it has not yet been addressed. Solution Mia Posted March 11, 2020 Solution Share Posted March 11, 2020 Hello, To reprint a receipt you have to go to the Receipt's list in POS menu, find the receipt you want to reprint, click on the three dot menu (⋮) at the upper right-hand corner and choose the option: Print receipt. Note: You will see this option: "Print receipt" only if you have connected a receipt printer to your POS device.
