We are using Loyverse with Android.
1. Removing an item from an open ticket:
If someone places an order for say 3 different pizzas and the waiter takes the order and it is sent to the kitchen display.
Then the customer changes their mind and cancells 1 of the pizza types. How do we remove this item from the order?
2. Custom refund amount:
I see you can refund whole items, but what if you just want to refund a specific amount that does not relate to an item.
I have seen the part about setting up a refund and have done that in the back office but i do not have the option of refunding in the app as it says I should here:
