Can I block an employee to adjust the stock anonymously?

'Stock Adjustment' of 'Inventory Management' menu is cool, because an employee can edit the stock explicitly, and the owner can catch the revisions. The problem is the inventory management access is bound with the item management's. So if I grant the access to an employee, he can change the stock on item pages, anonymously. Is there a way to split two accesses or a solution to block anonymous stock changes?
